My Approach

I’m a physical therapist, certified hypnotherapist, neurolinguistic practitioner, life coach, and wellness guide with decades of experience across healthcare, education, and leadership.

My work bridges the physical body, the conscious and subconscious mind, and lived experience. I support people through movement, mindset, and meaningful exploration—helping them reconnect with their health, clarity, and sense of possibility.

Through my own experiences with travel, time in nature, and intentional rest, I began to see just how profoundly our environments influence nervous system regulation, perspective, and vitality. Those experiences, combined with my clinical and coaching background, led me to expand my work into curated travel advisement. I help people design journeys that support not just where they go, but how they feel while they’re there—and long after they return.

In my individual sessions, my greatest strength is perspective. I listen carefully to your story and your experience, and together we uncover patterns and possibilities that may not have been visible before. From there, we create a path forward: one that supports your inner health, resilience, and ability to move through life with greater ease.
